Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us, it is a time reserved just for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  After 2 no shows, late arrivals, or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice; we will require a credit card on file to book any future appointments.


Please understand that when you miss your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advanced because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.


-Less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.


-”NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service scheduled,


-If an appointment made within the 24 hour period needs to be canceled, the client must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.



Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However after 10 minutes, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply.
